Please read our refund policy thoroughly before making any purchases.
As we create uniquely customised/personalised products
Unfortunately we do not accept any refund or exchanges, so please choose carefully.
Please take your time when ordering as we are unable to make changes to sizing or colours once your order has been place. Pearl and Bow Bridal will not be held accountable for costs due to customer spelling error/ change of wording. If you have made an error when ordering please contact us ASAP at pearlandbowbridal@yahoo.com. Our company has zero authority for sizing issues. Please read the size guide for each specific product before placing your order and if unsure please take the measurements and compare to clothes you have already acquired. Please be aware our items are handmade so placement of personalisation can vary marginally from photos on our website but be reassured we take immense care when creating our products any variation or abnormalities in the location of customisation are not faulty as they are created handmade and is expected from our items for sale
All our products are created utilising expert quality in materials and Vinyl/ Heat transferring materials. It is of the utmost importance that you follow the care guide labelled on each item when caring for your product. If you believe a manufacturing fault has occurred please contact pearlandbowbridal@yahoo.com so it can be addressed promptly, we consider natural wear and tear as NOT a manufacturing fault. Please be aware once removal of tags have occurred it is the customers duty to care for their product and any items mistreated,damaged, not handled with care or failed to adhere to care instructions will not qualify for a refund.
If the item is deemed faulty by Pearl and Bow Bridal we require the item to be returned, at the customers expense, within 7 days of delivery. Returns may be denied if they do not comply with our refund policy. If a product has a manufacturing fault then we shall offer an exchange or refund allowing we have stock available.
In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if a product has a minor fault, we are required to repair the fault and send it back to you. Although, if we believe the fault cannot be repaired we will send out a replacement of your original product. A refund of the total amount of your product will be issued if we are unable to repair/ replace the faulty product.
Our Company Disclaimer: Pearl and Bow Bridal has the right to deny an exchange or refund if the item does not comply with our refund policy once assessed. Once denied the item will be returned back to its owner
